Questions? Write to us.

One address handles everything: privacy@moonshot.computer. A real person on our team reads every email. For a quick question about Luna, text our founder.

Moonshot makes Luna, a steel crescent necklace with two mics and no camera, and Samantha, the AI on your phone today. Luna is expected to ship in spring 2027. Double-tap the necklace and the mics turn off. It pairs with an iPhone or Android phone.

Your reservation

Questions about your $1 Luna reservation or the Kickstarter go to the same address. Reply to your receipt for your $1 back, any day, any reason. We text you the minute Kickstarter opens in November.

Using Samantha

Tell us the feature you were using, what you expected, what happened and about when. Those four details let us trace the problem.

Privacy and deletion requests

Write from the email address tied to your record, and include only what we need to find it. Email keeps your request and our reply in writing, so you hold a record of both. How privacy works.

Press and partnerships

Tell us your organization, the topic and who should get the reply.
